What's the minimum order quantity?+
It depends on the stage and manufacturer — yarn and fabric MOQs are typically higher than garment sampling runs. Share your target volume and we'll confirm which manufacturers in our network can fit it.
How long does a sample take?+
Most sample turnarounds run two to four weeks depending on the product and factory queue. We give you a specific timeline once a manufacturer is matched to your spec.
How does payment work?+
Our coordination fee is billed monthly, separate from your production payment to the manufacturer. Manufacturer payment terms are agreed directly with the factory and confirmed in writing before production starts.
Do you handle shipping and export documentation?+
Export documentation and compliance are built into our coordination process. Freight and incoterms are agreed case by case depending on your preferred shipping partner.
What if I only need one stage, not all three?+
That's fine — most buyers start with one stage. Yarn, fabric, and garment coordination are each available on their own.
